Important Considerations
Enrollment in City Vision College is open year round. The Academic Calendar consists of five ten-week terms. New students should begin the enrollment process at least one month before the beginning of the class in which they wish to participate.
To take City Vision College courses, you must have your own personal e-mail address that is used only by you. Free web-based e-mail accounts can be obtained with Gmail, Yahoo or AOL.
Remember that City Vision College courses are accelerated semester classes that are 10 weeks in length. In other words, taking two courses simultaneously is that equivalent of full-time enrollment in a traditional college. Plan to spend about 15 hours a week per course on your course work.
- No more than 20 students may be enrolled in a course at any given time.
- Newly enrolled students must begin course work within six months of acceptance. Those who exceed this time limit must reapply for enrollment and pay a new application fee.
Enrollment In Individual Courses
Students may enroll in any City Vision College course at any time by following the procedures outlined above and paying the applicable fees.
Before a student enrolls, however, he or she should keep in mind that the courses are presented at a university level. Although high school graduation is not required to study individual courses, it is recommended. Should a student wish to pursue a certificate or degree with City Vision College, a high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
