Springfield Victory Mission - Director of Food Services / Director Victory Trade School - Springfield, Missouri 2001 - Present
Administrator of all food related services for the Springfield Victory Mission. Developed Victory Trade School system, complete with academic structure, curriculum, scholarships, catalog, handbook, and standard operating procedures. Designed and launched Cook’s Kettle Restaurant to serve as the hands-on lab for the school. Through the school we train men in food service skills, life skills and conflict resolution. Students receive a diploma through the NRAEF upon completion of 7 nationally certified courses.
Ozarks Technical Community College, Adjunct Instructor – Springfield, Missouri, 2001 - Present
