Course Description

This course will teach you how to apply change leadership principles and strategies to achieve breakthrough business and culture results. In the course, you will develop a change process model and roadmap by applying the principles of process dynamics to support organizational transformation and deliver desired outcomes.

Course Objectives
After completing this course, you will be able to:

  1. Apply conscious change leadership principles and strategies to achieve breakthrough business and culture results.
  2. Apply change strategies suitable to the type of change required. 
  3. Interpret and apply the principles of people dynamics, assessing the perspective of individual mindset and behavior, as well as collective culture, to create an environment supportive of transformational change.
  4. Develop a change process model and roadmap by applying the principles of process dynamics to support organizational transformation and deliver desired outcomes.
