Course Description
In this final doctoral project course, candidates prepare their work for committee approval and public presentation. Students polish and submit their full project draft, develop a professional slide deck, and record a video presentation. Candidates also create and share online resources that extend the impact of their project and engage in peer review to strengthen their colleagues’ work. Throughout the course students meet regularly with their chair and committee to address feedback, refine their projects and complete all final revisions required for graduation eligibility. If the Project is not approved following the first round of revisions, the candidate must enroll in ORG894, Action Research Project Continuation, in the following term.

Course Outcomes
- Complete a polished draft of the Doctoral Project with all Chair-directed revisions and communicate the core contributions through a professional slide deck.
- Create a professional video presentation that incorporates faculty and peer insights to effectively convey the project’s impact.
- Share project-related online resources and contribute meaningful peer feedback on colleagues’ doctoral projects and presentations.
- Deliver a fully-refined Doctoral Project that demonstrates readiness for committee approval and graduation.
