BUS305: Facilities Management

Course Description

This course provides a comprehensive overview of the principles and practices of facilities management, encompassing the planning, design, operation, and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure to create safe, efficient, and sustainable environments. Students will explore key functional areas such as space management, maintenance and engineering, energy management, real estate, project management, and environmental health and safety, while also developing essential skills in leadership, communication, financial management, and problem-solving within the context of facility operations.
